Payment methods: Credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners), Money order and Bank transfer. Ask us for more details. For shipments to Nigeria and Indonesia we only accept Bank transfer.

Shipping: all order will be sent using FedEx international priority. Free shipping and insurance is included in the purchase price on any order of € 500 or more. Orders for less that € 500 will be charged flat rate for shipping and insurance based on location.

Returns: Novelli offer our customers a 30 day full item purchase price return guarantee should you be unhappy with any purchase you make from us. This offer is limited to new, unused products returned to us in their original condition and packaging with the original sales receipt. Returns are to be sent prepaid. Used, filled or dipped fountain pens are not considered new and are not offered a full refund guarantee as new.

Warranty: in those rare cases that there is a warranty claim we will work closely with you and the manufacturer to insure your satisfaction.

VAT: the prices quoted do not include VAT which applies to all shipments to European union member Countries. For purchases shipped within the E.U. a 20% VAT charge will be added to the quoted prices. VAT charges do not apply to orders shipped outside the European union Countries.

Customs and Duty: customs and duty charges are Country specific and the responsability (sp) of the buyer. There is no duty charge for shipments within the E.U. although VAT charged apply. Exchange rates are quoted at a  best estimated number, actual exchange rates charged will vary slightly based on time and date charged by your credit card company.
