Montegrappa has added a new edition to the Extra collection: Extra Peace.

Carved entirely from Italian olive wood, Extra Peace is an allusion to the olive branch, a powerful metaphor that transcends boundaries of language, culture and belief.

Engravings on the solid silver trims elaborate the theme, the 1960s peace symbol appears on the cap disc, while other motifs combine doves, hands and olive branches. On the grip section we find the Ashanti Mpatapo symbol, the pacification knot

Extra Peace reintroduces the personalized "peace" nib of a previous edition, in 18Kt gold (EF, F, M, B)

While the case is made of rainbow-striped cardboard inspired by Aldo Capitini's peace flag.

Unlike other versions of Extra, the fountain pens are designed to be suitable for travel, with cartridge/converter filling and produced in a series of 300 pieces.
