1. “Write Balance” is a small “weight” in gold-plated metal, inserted inside a threaded cone placed at the lower end of the fountain pen; weight of about 2gr.

2. It offers the possibility of choosing the best personal balance of the pen body, according to your grip and writing characteristics using the fountain pen.

Specifying better: in the absence of “added weight”, therefore with the inside of the cone, hollow and empty, the fountain pen has a center of gravity slightly moved forward, so as to accompany the hand during writing. On the other hand, by adding the "weight", the body of the fountain pen tends to remain neutral, leaving the user the possibility of expressing his own calligraphic style with greater personal character.

Since, between the two balancing options, the "delta moment" is made up of a "weight" of only 2gr., the different sensation may appear minimal, but it becomes significant in terms of feeling and ease of use, especially during writing sessions.

“39 + 1” features an 18-karat gold nib engraved with the Delta logo, available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Stub 1.1 writing strokes.

The upper end of the cap is enriched by a band in solid 925 silver gold plated (vermeil), which is engraved in high relief with an ancient decoration from the Pompeian era, a typical design shown on all the most prestigious fountain pens from Delta products.
